Hello!

My fiance and I bought a small piece of property just west of you off of 52 a year ago, and have been telling everyone about the area.....I had the extreme pleasure of visiting your gorgous home and property a few weeks ago...My daughter and her family and friends of theirs rented your incredible place for a week and absolutely fell in love with it....I can't express how wonderful we all thought it is and how much fun my daughter and grandkids had there.....And I can't say enough about Debbie and Noah...Fine, fine folks who did an amazing job at maintaining everything - even to add a fire ring adjacent to the main house so that my daughter, son-in-law and their friends could enjoy a fire at night close by the house while the kids slept...Needless to say, my kids/ grandkids were not much interested in my fiance's and my small place once their saw yours!....They barely left the property the entire week!....Just LOVED it there!

Sincerely,

Sharon M. & John U.

The sights in and around Jamestown are beautiful.  There is a lot to see and do here.  We drove along the beautiful winding roads of Pickett State Park.  We stopped at the big Dale Hollow Lake Dam and admired the lake from different areas.

We also went to Standing Stone State Park where we saw deer on the side of the raod and ran across the roads.

In Crossville, TN is Cumberland Mountain State Park where we relaxed by a lake and watched geese milling around.Cumberland Falls State Park is about 1 1/2 hours from Jamestown in Kentucky.  There we found the “Niagra of the South”.  Very cool water fall area.

This is the trip for those historic railroad enthusiasts and nature lovers. We took a 16 mile trip on the Big South Fork Scenic Railroad.  It is a 100 year old Kentucky and Tennessee Railway.  We saw lush vegetation and mountain streams descending 600 ft into the river gourge.  The train took us through a tunnel and along steep cliff sides.  We stopped in the oldest coal camp on the railway.  The camp contains ghost structures with historic exhibits.

The house and property are a great place.  Very comfortable to stay in.  Go around the property on the big golf cart and check out all the views and little buildings Keven has put up.

Get Away to Tennessee is the place to go and relax and take in the beauty of all that Tennessee has to offer.

Thank you;

The place was AWESOME! “It was absolutely Beautiful!” You were very accommodating.  (Due to the availability of the house, he had to go to Pigeon Forge after his stay with us) And continued to say, “It surely wasn’t as nice or as accommodating, and the view did not compare to that in Jamestown.”
